What do you know about the history of Yoga?
Yoga has evolved so much since its introduction to the west in the late 19th century.
In the beginning it was mainly introduced as a practice for the mind with meditation, positive thinking and pranayama.
It wasn’t until the 1920s that modern postural yoga became popular and reached the west.
