InnerPower Breath Session
This short breathwork session will lift your mood and empower you.
In this session you will use the power of your own breath to feel great. Starting with gentle in and exhale.
Go along with the music.
Instructions Breathwork session
- Make sure you are comfortable. Start breathing in and out.
- Breathe either in and out through the nose or in through the nose and out through the mouth.
- Try to come into a nice flow and try to have no pause after the inhale, neither after the exhale. A gentle circular breath.
- During the session we will start to breathe in voor 4 and out for 4.
- During the last part of this short breathwork meditation you will hear a couple of empowering affirmations.
- Try to feel them from your heart.
