In our retreat, we work with a fantastic team in Spain. Alongside our hosts, we have dedicated team members contributing to an unforgettable experience. One of them is Tiziana Santi, our amazing sound chef! She not only takes care of the meals but also provides incredibly beautiful sound journeys that make your retreat even more special.

Additionally, we have been collaborating with Fali for many years, handling all our transfers and ensuring you can travel to and from the location worry-free. We also have a diverse team of massage therapists and practitioners offering services such as reiki, pranic, chakra healing, and theta healing. They will ensure you can relax and fully enjoy this 6-day retreat

Ilse-Marie is the founder of House Of InnerPower (and Viva La Vida) and the creator of the Yoga Nidra RadiantPeace method.

Ilse-Marie has been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years and has spent the last decade attending numerous courses, trainings, studies, and workshops in the areas of mindset, coaching, breathwork, yoga, and meditation. She is proficient in various yoga styles and has crafted her own style, “Innerpower Yoga,” by combining elements from different yoga styles and other disciplines over the years.

She teaches Yin & Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa, Flow, Kundalini, and Hatha Yoga. She is an experienced meditation and breathwork teacher. Additionally, she is skilled in Qigong and energy work.

Ilse-Marie offers classes and courses in three languages for beginners and advanced practitioners. She particularly provides continuing education for trainers, yoga teachers, coaches, medical professionals, therapists, and also conducts lectures and workshops in the corporate sector.

“The delightful yoga classes

Last May, I attended Ilse’s yoga retreat. I was in need of peace, some time for myself, and searching for new, positive energy. In this, I succeeded completely, with the help of Ilse, the fellow participants, and Alejandro.

It truly feels like a gift! This week was truly amazing.

The location is beautiful, in the mountains with stunning views of the surroundings. The accommodation is fantastic, authentic, with breathtaking views.

We were treated to delicious meals, and it was always a joy to see the delightful dishes on the table. Healthy and with so many different flavors.

The program was perfect. Lots of variety with different types of yoga in various beautiful locations (in the gardens, on the beach, on the mountain, and in the old mill), a singing bowl session, a hike, a cooking workshop, and a massage. Additionally, there was some time for yourself every day.

I also found it very special to notice how easily connections were made within the group and how quickly everyone opened up. Without any obligations, by the way; if you didn’t feel like talking and wanted to retreat, that was perfectly fine.

As an entrepreneur, I got fully caught up in the daily grind.

I wanted to find more peace and had a keen interest in yoga and meditation. And what better way to get acquainted with yoga and meditation than under the Spanish sun.

Silent walk

Stiltewandeling yoga retreat

IIn the surroundings, you can enjoy fantastic walks, and doing them in silence will enhance your experience even more. The sounds of nature are beautiful. For anyone who would like to experience a beautiful walk in complete tranquility, we organize this silent walk. During the walk, we also incorporate meditations and yoga exercises


You can participate in a very special sound journey with Tibetan and crystal bowls. During the session, you will learn more about the sounds, the different types of bowls, the gong, and other instruments. Presented by our Sound Chef Tiziana Santi.

Stay in a beautiful little hamlet with beautiful lake & ocean views

Small whitewashed Casas and casitas in a mountain hamlet, with a rustic on-site bar and pool, surrounded by birds, bougainvillea and breathtaking views.

It’s a steep climb through olive groves to reach the hamlet of El Cañuelo. Perched high in the mountains, with clear views to the 25 km-distant Med, it’s a wonderful place, and the nice holiday homes with their terraces merge charmingly into the traditional village; Rafael the goatherd’s house is opposite.





The cute houses are not very luxurious, but El Cañuelo is as authentically Andaluz as it gets. It has a lot of charm.

Step outside and you’re in a bird-sung world of bougainvillea and sunshine: take to the village trail, explore the nearby markets or drink in the spectacular views.

There is a bar in El Cañuelo that we can use during our stay. The bar has spacious outdoor terracing with spectacular views. Indoors there is space for several tables and there are two fireplaces for winter use.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool, called locally the ‘Mickey Mouse’ because of its shape, is 7 x 7 meters with the two small ‘ears’ one with a depth of 90cms and the other about 15cm. The main pool is 2m at its deepest point. The Bar and location have WIFI.

The Yoga Shala

There is a beautiful, recently refurbished, spacious Yoga Shala. It has big windows with a lot of light coming into the room.

Furthermore there are several platforms/ terraces where we can do the yoga outside if the weather permits it.

We consciously choose to work with small groups; during our retreat, there are typically between 10-15 participants, depending on room arrangements.


What kind of people come to our retreats?

Curious about the people who come to our retreats? Our participants are very diverse and vary from group to group. We welcome men and women of various ages and backgrounds. Most people come alone to our retreats, but we also often have friends or family members who come together.

What we notice is that each group already has a great connection upon arrival. This creates a relaxed atmosphere and meaningful conversations during the retreat. Even after the retreat, many groups continue to stay in touch. However, there is also complete freedom to retreat to one of the beautiful spots in the tropical gardens.

All our activities are on a voluntary basis, so you can decide what you want to do. The most important thing is that you can enjoy this beautiful place in Andalusia and that you don’t have to worry about anything for a while.”

We have multiple houses available. Houses are all different, and rooms vary in size.

The houses are not luxurious but very authentic and truly Spanish. You have everything you need and can enjoy beautiful views.

Homes have 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms and 1 or more bathrooms depending on the size of the house. In most houses, you share a bathroom with one other room.

They all have a patio/terrace, living room, and kitchen.


The following conditions apply to reservations made directly with us.

Payment conditions:

We ask for a deposit of 300 euros for your reservation from the total accommodation cost. You can also pay the full amount at once. Once we receive the deposit, your reservation is confirmed. The remaining costs can be paid 6 weeks before the start.

We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.

Tickets & Transfers

The airport to fly into is Malaga Airport.

Many airlines fly to Malaga. You can book your flights with KLM, Transavia, Ryanair, and Vueling, for example.

Arrival flight: You can book a flight that arrives on the starting morning (best arrival before 12:00 noon) and arrange the shared transfer through us.

Return flight: You can fly back from around 3:30 PM if you want to take the shared transfer. There are often two shared transfers: one at 12:00 PM (1:30 PM at the airport) and another around 2:00 PM.

Shared transfer: Pick-up and drop-off at the airport are possible with both the fixed-time shared transfer service and a private taxi. You can also be picked up or dropped off in the center of Malaga (Plaza Marina). The shared transfer is 35 euros per person for a one-way transfer (70 euros for a round trip) when traveling with the rest of the group.

It’s approximately 90-100 euros per person for a one-way transfer/taxi.

You can be picked up or taken to Malaga Airport or to the center of Malaga (Plaza Marina).

The shared transfer departs from the airport on the starting day between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to the finca. The final time depends on the flights of the participants; we try to plan it so that as many participants as possible can use the shared transfer. (Multiple flights arrive in the morning between 8:30 AM / 11:00 AM)

On the last day, a shared transfer departs after brunch/lunch (12:00 PM) coordinated with flights in the late afternoon. If necessary, a second transfer may take place in the afternoon if several people take the evening flight back (around 2:00 PM).

We highly recommend booking a day in Malaga before or after. This is a super relaxed city near the beach. Many participants do this before or after. It is also possible to be picked up or dropped off in the center of Malaga.
