More and more people are living with chronic stress. More and more people are facing chronic illness. And still we keep going. We keep being strong. We keep taking care of others. We keep performing. We keep pleasing.
But sometimes your body already knows what your mind is still searching for.
And sometimes your mind knows too, but isn’t ready to listen yet.
LAND
Feel your body again.
Pause for a moment. Right now. Place your feet on the ground. Feel the contact with the earth. Lean back slightly, into the back of your body.
Less in your head. More in your body.
That is landing. Not as a technique, but as a choice. The choice to stop for a moment. The choice to stop living only from your head. The choice to feel the strength within you again.
Yin Yoga, Qigong, somatic exercises, meditation and nature all support this process. But it begins before any of that. It begins the moment you give yourself permission to stop.
BREATHE
Quiet in your mind. Clarity in your heart.
Your breath is always with you. Even when your mind is busy. Even when your body is tense. Even when you don’t know what you need.
Your breath is the bridge between your mind and your heart. Between tension and space. Between pushing through and coming home to yourself.
It starts with just a few gentle breaths. Feeling how your breath moves through your body. Noticing that you don’t have to solve everything right now.
Within the method I work with different forms of breathwork, depending on what you need in that moment. Sometimes gentle and regulating. Sometimes deepening. So you always have tools to return to.
FEEL
Feel again which choices are right for you.
When it grows quieter inside, you need to figure out less. You feel what you need in this moment. You feel which choice you want to make. You feel what you are ready to let go of. You feel what truly matters to you.
You feel which direction you want to move in. You feel what your body is telling you.
Feeling doesn’t mean everything becomes immediately clear. It means you are willing to listen. And from that willingness, you can move forward again.
Within the method I work with a powerful blend of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, meditation, Qigong, somatic exercises, energy work and nature.
Not a step-by-step plan. A compass.
LAND, BREATHE and FEEL flow into one another. Sometimes you begin with the breath and naturally land. Sometimes you feel something and realise you first need to land more deeply.
When you bring this simple method of landing, breathing and feeling into your life and use the right tools alongside it, you become more able to meet whatever life brings. Again and again. Each time anew.
LAND, BREATHE and FEEL is not just a concept. It is the thread that runs through everything I do.
